The mission of the J.E.B. Stuart Educational Foundation is to provide need-based scholarships to J.E.B. Stuart High School students who are pursuing post-secondary education in order to become contributing members of the community.  The J.E.B. Stuart Foundation supports students who demonstrate a commitment to learning.
